Continous crashing when making bank accounts

Ok, here's the deal. As soon as I start the game, I goto InterNIC and filter by "bank." Add all the banks in my list, and start creating accounts on all of them.

Why? Increases my trace time: servers which you have an account increase trace time, blah blah blah.

Ok, somewhere between creating the account on the 3rd and last bank on the list, I get a Fatal Error EVERYTIME.

This is repeatable on all my systems:

ALL are running w/  NO background apps and the latest drivers installed.

Forgot to mention, yes I installed the 1.31 patch as well; no success

This is a known bug.  In each game there is a chance one or more of the banks will be buggy.  The only way to resolve it is to keep starting new users until you get them all, or just don't create an account at the buggy ones.  :)
