If u have a criminal record, some employers don't want u to work for them, but u can still auto-acceft them, even due that u contacted them they told u no.

Geez, do you have to point out EVERY single bug in the game?  People these days..never content...and if you're really that fussy, just remove the criminal record...

If your any good you should not get a criminal record,  but if you do, you can still expunge your recourd...

Yeah, maybe, but these kind of bugs are simple to solve and the answer is common sense!  (Or better skill ;))
