Alex boyer provide him with a university degree..need help

I am stuck, i need to provide this guy with a systems engineering university degree class=1?

What am i suppose to do because everytime i try to do it an then reply to the employer it always says that i didnt do it??? GIVE ME THE WALK THROUGH PLEASE

here is the UUG got advice on all parts of the game although its not very clear for the grades, so here is what you type, since its a university degree you need to change the "graduate" qualifications, in there you want to type Engineering, class X. replace X with whatever the number needs to be, if you are changing the grade, all you need to do is delete the number and replace it with your own. Make sure that the spelling and formatting is correct, as this will throw the game out.
