How to find ARC Central Mainframe before 14 Apr?

Those of you familiar with the story/FAQs probably know why I'm asking, I don't think I need any spoilers here...

I have a game going that's around 10 Apr (I might have left it too late already), I'd like to hack ARC Central Mainframe, but it isn't on InterNIC and I haven't had any missions that link to it. Is there a way I can find it? I notice there are a bunch of ARC access terminals listed on internic, are they any use?

Hack the ARC Internal Services Machine and go to Links.

Luckily it wasn't too late, everything was still there. Never done that hack before. tbh it never would have occurred to me if I hadn't read about it in a guide.
