I don't know if it does anything but I get the uplink agent lists from the uplink internal services system (You will need v5 of everything pretty much its a pain if you don't have a lot of bounces and you're gateway is slow.) Decrypt them and look at the list then find the one you want to free. Clear their record and done. As I said don't know if it does anything but I feel good after I do it.
