I took a "Trace an unauthorized money transfer" mission and started tracing the hacker responsible through the appropriately dated access logs as specified in the mission description. I traced him through 2 systems (a central mainframe and an internal services machine) but the logs at the ISM just took me straight back to the bank I started at...I have no idea what to do now. It's just a relatively small circle of access logs that lead nowhere.
Edit: After a look at a guide I think I may have been tracing myself. Do i feel stupid....sorry for wasting your time.
Traced a hacker in a circle....what do?

The mission in question was not from a company aimed at tracing the player character. The player simply followed (traced) the wrong path of logs; one that was left by his own actions.
