I'm not sure if this has alrady been answered.

But does anyone know how many extra seconds having Admin access on a server gives you during a trace?

you probably already know this but admin accounts can be revoked, best thing is to use a general user account, such as one you made or a read write account, they give you less time, but are never revoked
