Find Financial Data on myself?

I recently received the job to find financial data on "one of our associates". When I contacted them to ask for more money, they said that the target was no one I would know. The target is one of MY bank accounts, and they want to know my balance, which is 0 credits. Should I abandon the mission, tell them the truth, or lie about my account balance?

for what I understand.
this type of mission is pick up someone's bank account randomly (except Uplink bank) and ask for thier balance or loan.
not against somebody.
I thought you can tell them truth after you backup your save file. (*.usr)
I'm not professional, so consider this as an idea. do it carefully.
