Cant find my own name and no other missions

Cant find my own name and no other missions

In the mission list the only missions that are popping up are ones that I need a clearer criminal record for.... and even after I downloaded the data for the agent name program but my name still isnt listed. How do I find it so that I can wipe my record?

Latest Uplink patch is v1.55.
