ARC Infilrtation LAN - stuck

Okay - heres my problem. Im stuck in this damn mission with LAN hacking - i got all locks opened et cetera. It was easy, but yeah lovely youtube tutorials helped me alot. After few mins of breaking passwords, i got Dial-Up number. I assume i'll use it, but freakin how?

Terminal shows that theres somewhere lock over there, but i checked on right side and theres nothing - nowhere i can go. What now? Can somebody please help? And yeah, i have checked guide.

Ok - nothing to say, i accidentaly maked it.
You use Dial-up number with IP-lookup, then try to make new connection to second ARC LAN link
