Getting a system admin put in jail.

Shouldn't this stop the system admin from logging on? I don't want to risk my next hack if this isn't the case.

...and the same person might become the practically-universal administrator, if you've been putting everybody else away. Very convenient if you need to hit multiple mainframes in one go, since you'll need fewer voice recordings the fewer admins there are left.
