I have finished the last Arunmor mission - Counter Attack
and what should I do after that ?
how to finish the game ?

Basically, you've exhausted the scripted events. You can continue to perform ordinary missions, explore servers you haven't yet visited, set strange tasks for yourself like ensuring that every other living Uplink agent is in jail... but the game won't throw anything else at you.

You can find out the names of most agents using the agent list. Should be fairly obvious where that could be found.

Another thing that's common to all Uplink agents is that they all pay fees to Uplink...
