Are you in the usr directory when you try it? That is, did you type "cd usr" first?

Directories? That what you need to do.
In console type :

cd usr
run revelation (or revelationtracer)
(message saying that the program started and, in the case of the revelationtracer, a message that he is hided)

Clear your logs (for the revelationtracer mission, with the run revelation, you don't need to)

That's it!
I don't think that you will need to open a directory to run a program. If yes, a message will say where is the file.

1. Copy file to the taget.
2. Go to the command thingy
3. cd usr [enter]
4. run revelation
4. run revelationtracer

Called a 'console', bud.

And, anyway, with that pure example of Buffy-Speak out of the way, as multiple others in this thread have stated, you have to go to the administration section, click on "console", cd usr, run, delete, delete logs if you're working on Tracing Revelation, if not, get out. It'll be muscle memory soon enough and assuming you don't get caught.
