Newbie question: clearing files from memory

Sorry lads if this is a basic question, I've just done an all nighter and I have a major hangover

I've just got the game but cant find a way to clear sotlen files and data from memory. How can I clear them or move files in memory to a more appropriate location?

kerren: You can just use the file deleter on your memory banks to clear unwanted files.
