Number 1, Montyphy isn't American (and indeed I'm sure Americans would object to your use of it as an insult), number 2 if you'd bothered to get context you'd realise mesh had asked multiple extremely stupid questions which were already answered in the guide to which he had been referred, and number 3 you've resurrected an old thread unnecessarily to attack someone. Well, i got the context and what i learned is that mesh is actually just some troll posting probably laughing his ass off. Seriosly, read the other thread, cant be real anyway.
