Help with mission

Hi, I haven't been playing Uplink for very long but i got this mission (Screenshot) and i got into his account and looked at his loan status. But i don't know what to do now. And i get a message saying i haven't compleated the mission (screenshot). What am i meant to do? Please Help?

Choose reply on the mission e-mail, then type in the size of his loan - when the reply box is highlighted you should be able to type into it. If the number you type is correct, they'll confirm it.
