How can I track down Administrators that are unlisted?

Okay, I've looked some more... and still the concensis is, no hacking unlisted admin's

there has to be some way...

I guess I'm just a little OCD and have been working on hacking every system that has a login screen...

and you guessed, it that leaves; Government Central Mainframe and Uplink International Bank...

Is there really no way that it can be done?

The only i can think of finding out if its possible short of saving all voice codes with analyzer 2 would be look at the game data files (maybe on a Dev CD or some) and find the data they require. If i had a guess government would = like president or prime minster or the equivalent in the game

Thanks Starfoxx I had already started the arguous process of trial and error but was just wondering if there might be a quicker way... either way I will have to post how it works out
