How can I change somebody's Personal Status?

I've got a mission that change someone's Personal Status to "Employed",when I hacked into International Social Security Database and found his recoed,there are just three boxse which I can enter something.they are "College Qualification","Graduate Qualification" and "Other Qualification".I tried to enter "Employed" and "Personal Status Employed" in each box,but it dosn't work!
I've tried to find the answer in the whole forum,but I can't find it!
Please help!

You must have accidentally hacked the Academic Database.

You need to hack the Social Security Database.
