Fbi Mod

For some reason i can't make a new user with the FBI Mod made by Neott..
When i try making one, it starts with dialing the IP, but when it comes to "waiting acknowledgements from Uplink", i wait and wait and then it doesn't respond at all and i have to ctrl-alt-delete and end the program..
Could anyone help me with it, or if its possible, put a usr file online?

Try uninstalling, reinstalling, updating to the latest patch, v1.31 works for me, then finally putting in the FBI mod. Try starting a new user then.
