Actually, it's DATA IS THE AMMUNITION IN A NEW ERA OF WAR...forgot the "OF".  Nevermind, this is probably more annoying than informative.

Actually, I think the "OF" is pretty hard to read. I hadn't noticed it the first time, but from the notes on page 24 I tried again and found it...
By the way, after reading the hints about page 25 on the forum, I first thought to use histogram equalization (or stretching) on the picture, but was rather surprised that this didn't reveal anything new...
It's so much easier ;-)

 Well if you just use proper grammer, then you will find the "of".

 I found it by means of the hint in the Ultimate Guide.  I mean, it tells you exactly what to do.  (Actually I inverted it.)  Of course, you can actually see it normally too.  ;)
