How does one trigger the Gateway Destruct?

I have a gateway with motion and destruct security devices. However, when the motion sensor goes red with feds, I can't find any way to trigger the self destruct. Is there some secret I need to know for this? There's nothing in my menus anywhere that have anything to do with self-destructing...and nothing in this forum seems to clarify it for me.
