In a third world economy with different ways to gain access to different banks and be able to withdraw.
1) In one bank an outside laptop can be connected onto the bank's LAN.
2) In the second, the banking system (front-end and back-end), anti virus are known and there is someone who can receive an E-mail and allow downloading of any attachments. But can not have an outside laptop inside.

Source accounts worth a combined ($25mn) have been identified and credible receiving accounts (managers are in) are available.
How can one go about gaining access and be able to transfer from one internal account to another within the same banking organisation?
