What to do after finishing the game you can follow? or you have to start again

Take your pick, get every other agent arrested, hack banks for all the currency you can get, give people weird and wonderful qualifications/crimes, go hack systems you don't normally hack. Or restart a new game and try to get as many medals as you can.

You always could. Missions are a way to make money but not the only way, or only thing to do.
