Uplink: The Mod

I had to format my computer and lost the mods I downloaded. I managed to redownload most from Modlink, but the site for 'Uplink: The Mod' by coolsi is gone or down. I've been looking for a couple days, but can't seem to find a viable download for it. Does anybody have it or know if it's still hosted somewhere?

Forgive me if I'm off the mark here. But I don't think that Uplink: The Mod was ever a dev mod. So digging in my archive I was able to kick this up:

If it is in fact a dev mod and something is missing that you think should be there, say so and I'll try digging deeper.
