Hacking Food

Postby Trisivyn Lyoko » Sun Sep 16, 2007 8:15 pm

What food and/or drink, if any, do you keep by your computerside while playing Uplink? Personally, I keep a glass of milk and a packet or two of Honey Butter Pringles Stix (kinda like flavored, uncoated Pocky). I find it helps keep my stamina up during those long hacks.

I personaly find pocky disgusting, tastes like sawdust to me. I mean that litteraly, I tasted saw dust when I was 8 on a dare.

As for food or drink; depends on mood, time, game. For Uplink it's usualy the following:

Tea : earl grey or peppermint; always sweetened

Soda : lemon/lime flavor drinks are prefered, cola when feeling annoyed or when my usual is unavilable, NEVER diet

Food : sandwhichs, soup, ramen noodles (preferable spicy), any thing that has a decent kick

pocky comes in dozens of flavors; which one did you try Nerdian? standard Chocolate?

As for myself, it's Mountain Dew. I usually don't eat anything while i'm computing, only drink.

This is one strange topic. OK. I take a glass of water in which I put one spoon of sugar and two spoons of honey. Food? Just one tomato, cut into small pieces.

P.S. I'm from Croatia.

One of those little mini 100 calorie cokes (Yes, I can hardly believe it either) and food-wise, mostly those little tubs of Pringles. I don't wanna ruin my computer keyboard so no Ramen for me (though it is pretty good) Then again, I suppose I could do it with the little coke...
*moves coke further away from the keyboard*
