Need some help with patches and mods.

I purchased my game from a local game dealer website. EBgames. They did not sell it to me with a disk it was a direct download. I am not sure but I believe that some how the game is locked so I can't use the upgrade patches or any mods that I find. If you can I would like some help with this. Thanks

Get a refund from EBgames and buy directly from Introversion store.
