Uplink & Windows Vista

Hey, i just want to say that i have the "online" version of the game and that the game almost work under vista, i can't get the sound to work... is there a patch i can use???

"Online" version? Is that suppose to mean the version you downloaded from the Introversion online store?

The most commun problem I saw with Vista is the fackyness of the Video cards manufacturer OpenGL driver's.

Well ain't you witty. No, Vista runs uplink fine now, infact it runs every game I have tried fine. Just update your drivers, op, and make sure you are not missing a UAC box.

Of course, you might have an ATI card, or an intergrated card, in which case I can't vouch for how good the drivers are, but the nVidia ones are just fine.

(Hold on where did all my posts go? This account is a while old, and I am sure I made more than this post. The last time I used it was leading up to the defcon release though)

Out of Windows versions I would prefer Windows 2000. Out of OSes I would prefer linux.
