I, for one, welcome our anthropomorphised-noun overlords!
If Barbie is so popular, why do you have to buy her friends?

Any useful hints? I am a complete standstill at the moment. Need to upgrade my suit to continue out of the wastelands and can't figure out how. And wandering through leveling up my xybrids is getting old...

That's what the training grounds are for. Or click the DOCS link at the top of the page. Gives you a lot of info.

Yep yep :)

Anyway, thanks to everyone who's been playing the game. I'd appreciate any feed back, either here, on IRC or by messaging me ingame (username is Icepick, obviously).

Right now its pretty easy to get through all the content relatively quickly because of the number of turns you start with, but later on when I reduce this number, im hoping that the stuff currently in the game will last quite a while.

Build stuff. Have you got a device for powering electronic shutters? Have you got anything that charge up such a device? Can you any of read those DataROMs you keep finding?

There are formatting and spelling issues with a lot of the text, especially when exploring. :)

hey i tried to do all that stuff u just said and all it says is that it cant do it for various reasons. one of them was that my engineering level (3) is too low. and wen i tried to read my million dataROMS, it said it couldnt be done.
hey icepick, i have a couple of things to say to you. one, i reread all of the DOCS section and the clone labs need to be fixed. also, i have an idea for you. wat if like every 57 minutes (not a number divisible by 5!), we get one recharge? cuz people like me that cant upgrade biosuits yet and explore too much trying to figure it out kinda need that.
and i tried to see if i could go into the outer hazard zone or watever its called and my browser (firefox) kinda crashed....i was told to contact icepick@xplice.com....

If you build a load of lesser crap, your level will increase. Try everything with everything, even itself. I can not get into the Outer Hazard zone either, and have about 400 more charges to see me still not go into the Outer Hazard zone.

On a separate note, "Combat trainging area"?

Hmmm... well i have been building stuff. I made a personal power generator that I thought would work, but that was installed at my hq so i can't use it outside, I can't figure out how to charge the battery thing I made with the 6 cells and the cell mount, as far as the dataroms.... why would i wanna read them?

And do you know how I can identify an unidentified DNA sample I found?

Reading item descriptions can often help. They frequently describe what is wrong with the items.

I understand the desire to have the crafting a more challenging processes, but for some of the items there isn't a very logical process for constructing them. I think some more feedback when crafting fails would be good. That way you could figure out what is missing. In real life you could see that this bit doesn't fit with that one because of this or that. In the game all you know is that something doesn't work. The few examples of failure feedback are pretty helpful for figuring out what is going on. :)
