Intelligence = Superior powers of mind. See, not 'everyone is the same, but at different things', there is a clear hierarchy as shown by the word 'superiority' in the definition.

Intelligence is a simple term that is used by everyone. You are making it an issue simply because your fundamental point is untenable.
