Moderators

Postby schumikimi » Wed Jan 26, 2005 8:43 pm

Why aren't there any other moderators than Icepick, Chris and Punisher Bass??? Shouldn't there be more moderators because all of them had their last post in November at the latest...
I think that somebody has to be moderator who is online more than that and should delete double postages and stuff like that...

I think this topic as been pounded into the ground already.

Lately, the more I see you, the more you're pissing me off.

Just because they haven't posted for a while, it doesn't mean they don't watch the forums...

And besides, it's far too quiet here for any more mods.

Since there's a thread, that you yourself have participated in, that has been locked within the past two days, I would say the moderators are quite active.

There was a peroid where I think more moderators would have been appropriate, but right now the forums are so slow the moderation is just about perfect. Icepick checks in enough that he can catch anything that pops up. :)

It's possible to overdo it on the apologising, you know.

Well, I actually posted yes. I think there should be a team of dedicated moderators simply for the purpose of rotation, to ensure there's someone around all the time, but I guess it's just me. This topic has however, been discussed far too much.

Hopefully these forums will be rolled into the Darwinia forums and if that is done new moderation would be in order (Darwinia will need additional moderators in any event). :)
