That entire paragraph had absolutely nothing to do with why posting on an interesting bit of epistimology makes me an 'idiot'. ( Especially when the interesting bit of epistimology isn't part of the argument at hand, and doesn't contradict anything unlike you said )
You haven't responded to this, and my second paragraph was a confirmation of what you said, moron. The mistake of assuming it was intended as a rebuke is a result of your own incompetence, and not a failing of my own.

I didn't take it as a rebuke. . . I thought it actually proved my point quite well (you will noticed I said "Like I said"). The bit of your post you quote I simply did not feel merited any responce. Maybe at some point you will stop making an ass of yourself, but sadly all evidence seems to point the other direction.

The 'idiot' implies that I have said something incorrect.

No it doesn't. It just means that you are "a foolish or stupid person," which your previous post had just further indicated. The mistake of assuming it was intended as a rebutal is a result of your own incompetence, and not a failing of my own.

In the English language, an insult at the end of a statement always implies that what the person said was incorrect, idiot.

It would seem your knowledge of the English language is somewhat lacking.

If your intention had been to imply I was an idiot without implying my statement was incorrect, then the proper way to go about it would have been to say:

"Yeah, like I said, you're an idiot. . ."

Actually, it is quite possible to insult somebody without implying that they are incorrect, you troll.

Keyes out.

Insert 'An insult to the intelligence of that person.'

( Actually, this makes perfect sense.

For example, if somebody was to state 'And kill all those people? Psycho.', they would be disqualifying the statements of that person based on moral values ( but not stating that the information/suggestion given by the person is intellectually false ).

Conversely, if somebody was to state 'And kill all those people? Idiot' they are disqualifying that person on an intellectual basis ( In this case, the statement is likely attacking the waste that those lives would represent ). )

However, consider this conversation:

"One plus one equals two."
"We're talking about algebra, idiot.'

Person 2 is not saying that the declarative statement made by person 1 is necessarily incorrect, merely implying that he is stupid because of his lack of understanding of the overall situation.

Much the way Stews intended it, I believe.

Hmm, you're right. The context Stews used it in is ambiguous.

Free will? Is that the thing that allows me to do what I want to do?

Right now, I wanna see how my brains look like. Actualy I want to feel my brains in my hands. Maybe even put my brains in deep frying oil. For that I'll need to extract my brain first. Ok, I choose bashing my head on the wall until my brains fly out of my left nostril... Wait, something is stopping me from doing what I want to do! Could that be my self preservation instinct? Where's my free will now?

Free will doesnt realy exist. You may experiance the illusion of free will, but you are being controled by the chemicals in your brain. Simple fact is, that even personalities can be easily changed if the chemical balance in the brain will be distrupted.

How can you be angry at jackmn for getting into semantic arguments? We are dealing with things that are lie on the verge of human understanding, and maybe even far beyond it. If everything would of been so simple for us, we wouldnt of had this argument at all.

I live for the fuck of it. Nothing in this phisical existance has any meaning, and if it will all be destroyed, no one would care. This doesnt contredict the fact that it is still intresting for me (as a human which is driven by the orders given to him by his DNA) to see what will happen next in my life. I know that I'm fucking stupid, and that i'll never manage to answer questions like the existance of god or creation of the universe, but if things as simple as headshots in CS and successful missions in falcon 4.0 provide me with everlasting joy, why should I care? It's strange to see that people here take some facts as personal insults.

And finally, arguing about the existance of physics and stuff is just useless (for obvious reasons).
