if you've heard of it, but never played it, and never plan to play it, but you don't think it sucks, choose the third option.

If you really like it and play it often, choose the fourth option.

I've only played 2 DDR arcade games: 5th Mix and Extreme and both of them say on the screen:

"THIS MACHINE IS MADE FOR SALE AND USE IN JAPAN ONLY."

So I guess it's imported..

I also played DDRMAX2 which says

"THIS GAME IS MADE FOR SALE AND USE IN THE USA ONLY"

DDR is a game, there are versions of it in arcades (arcade versions) and there are also versions of it for PlayStation and PS2.
Oh yeah, and one for XBOX.

PlayStation versions:
Dance Dance Revolution
Dance Dance Revolution KONAMIX
PS2 Versions:
DDRMAX Dance Dance Revolution
DDRMAX 2 Dance Dance Revolution
XBOX version:
Dance Dance Revolution ULTRAMIX

These are only the american versions though.

God, I don't think there's an arcade worse than DDR.

I don't know what to think about that.

I guess it can improve your fitness, but it looks really weird...

It's really, really great fun once you get past your inhibitions about looking daft. Once you get up on those pads you can just forget about anybody else.

After a few rounds (or playing on the pc with your fingers) you get pretty good, and that's when the real fun starts.

Pulling a crowd is too amazing for words, imho, especially when they come up and compliment you after a run.

I'm hardly an authority on this though, i'll see if I can get patamonkid to give a little talk here... hehe

yeah, this game was invented by geniuses.

Most video gamers enjoy sitting on their butt all day playing VGs. Not too healthy. DDR is the only known VG (besides some clones) that you can lose weight playing!
