Earth = 12.76 x 10+6 = 12,760,000 meters wide
(12.76 million meters)Plant Cell = 12.76 x 10-6 = 0.00001276 meters wide
(12.76 millionths of a meter)connections are everywhere if you just know where to look.

I'd like to spew forth once more my disclaimer regarding myself as a PROTO-NOOB,...the creature from which noobs had evolved. I'm truly under-educated when it comes to computers. I have absolutely no clue as to how to post from my HD.
stupid questions
Can I ask why it can't be allowed or done? Is there some inherent problem with posting pics directly from a hard drive? (Is that even possible to do?)
/stupid questions
I know one or maybe even two very very simple things, and I'm likely to forget at least one of those by morning anyway.
I admit my uber-noobishness before one and all... and I hope that my honesty gains me some kind of respect.

You can't directly post images that are on your hard drive simply because your computer isn't running a web server. Therefore, despite the fact that you are connected to the Internet others cannot see your hard drive (which is certainly a good thing). Well, I suppose that they could hack your system, but that usually only happens if you piss the wrong person off.
And don't worry about being a computer newbie. We all had to start somewhere, and at least you're honest about it and not spewing misinformation.

See, the way the community's mentality works, if beno had asked that he would have been flamed. Admitting that you are new to how things work makes people more motivated than beno's old thread about starting his own web server (From which many amusing cartoons came from).
Note to beno: Going round posting '<removed - Icepick>' doesn't win you any respect.
