Depending on the make/model of your phone (cos I don't know anything about Sagems)

You could either:

• connect it to your computer. Via I/R, BlueTooth, direct cable. And d/l the pics straight to your phone.
• Download pics via WAP

I've a Sony phone, and their site is great. There is free downloadable software to help transfer data from computer to phone via cables. And they also have an area for their users to sign up (free again) and with this area you can upload you own pics from your PC, then it saves them in a WAP accesable area that you can then download them to you mobile.

You could always try the sony ericson site, but I think they check phones when they connect via WAP.

Maybe Sagem or T-Mobile have a simmilar service?

Oh and if you wanted to create a WAP site, it's just like creating a web site, only slightly different code (it's also a lot more strict than HTML) But you'd need a WAP accessable server. (I don't know of any free sites that do this.)
