Just wondering how many people have broadband here i got it for christmas with a new comp but ive seen in some topics people wishing they had broadband...............tell us your connection in this post.

288kbps up 576kbps down. It allowed me to download Planetside (leagally I might add) in 36 hours. I haven't been around 4 a week 'cos i bin playin planetside. Its kool.

When at home - dialup over an ISDN line - so about 8kb download, who knows on upload.

In school, broadband, but unsure of speed.

8kb??? lol mines 80kb my schools on lan so about 215kb really cool

Yes but I said my school's speed as I go to boarding school and often post from there.

Hence it is relevent.

here the standard now is VDSL, all carriers are now upgrading their services so the PCbangs (PC cafes) are happy now, especially the online game addicts. Starcraft galore, ugh!
