well now that IV has recognised the problem I don't see much point me complaining considering the people in question will not listen to me.
I didn't intend to cause any trouble to IV so I apologise for anything I may have said.
On the other hand, the downlink challenge should still be completed.

I believe the reasoning is that he only received the cards because they were to be prizes for the challenge, but since the challenge has been effectively cancelled he is now obliged to return the prizes or resume the challenge, otherwise the obtained the items by fraud and they would be considered stolen property. :)
