Since we're talking about patches, I reprogramed the W32.Blaster.Worm, W32.Welchia.Worm, and W32.Sobig.F@mm virals so it would do it main protocols (delete/remove/changes filez) with ONE minor detail... The operations I added-edited is to start on christmas day and to restart the terminal(s) continously...

P.S. Farimir since we are in the same school, please don't tell them...

Kronus how stupid can you be posting what you've done even though your just showing off you can get done for that don't you know some organizations snoop around and sometimes stumble on this site.

and if this is true or your just talking porkies, if something happens and disrupts the operation of the internet at least we decent ppl know where to point our fingers at you know some ppl here know your IP.

i just can't understand how some ppl get so thick this days.

Well, no offense intended btw, Kronus, I think what he is implying is that being able to edit someone elses code is no big deal, but being able to create the virus yourself, after finding the exploitable faults, is something you can boast about.

Well, it is rumoured, though I'm not sure of the accuracy, that good old Billy Gates himself stolethe source code to the original Windows from someone who created a very basic GUI in college, and changed it just enough to be his own. Now if that is true or not, I don't know, but I've heard it enough times...and considering Microsofts terrible repuation with buggy programs and OS's it wouldn't surprise me that much...

For the conflict of interest, its true from many sources I know (add-ons to part from Linex/Mac:OS2) and as well MS Windows 1.0 version as far as I seen its pretty much the same (looks, base, details) One interesting source told me although he/she wouldn't tell me his name, but told his from U.S.S.R??? totally baffled me thou.
As far as my knowledge goes the only thing Windows is good for is SETI@home Client

If you can't write something as small as a buffer overflow exploit without buggering up, you don't deserve a computer.

You seem to misunderstand what a script kiddie is. A script kiddie uses or modifies somebody elses exploit.

Now, who here would do something like that....?

Why would anyone want to create a buffer-overflow anyway? YOU, I think, are the script kiddie. Yes, I believe Kronus may be one too, but you're mis-understanding the whole point of the word "script kiddie". Script kiddies argue for no damned reason, and think they're "l337". I believe that you think you are l33t, and find it exhilerating to keep correcting* Kronus and putting him off. How about you both shut the hell up.
