There is a designer from Belgium to blame - Luc Luycx (yes, folks, this is supposed to be a person's name, not that of a rare insect!
). He recieved 24.000 Euro payment for his geographical incompetence.
Poor Europe, indeed... we are bound to use money of which every coin may be an offense to our fellow Scandinavians. *whines*
