Alright I've beaten the main plot, I've done all the types of missions there are, I hit some guys bank acount for over a million credits, made some cash off the stock market, now what? Is there anything else to do in this game?

LAN's, competitions (like the Downlink one ready to start), mod the game, play mods of the game (like Uplink: The Mod), hang around on the forums, or if you're a quitter you can put it down for a few weeks then start playing again :)

(Lans etc only work with the latest patches and if you create a new user after you install the aforementioned patches)

Yes, Uplink: The Mod is designed to add a bit more spice and variety to the game, so go get it now! ;)

But remember to backup your original theme, uplink the mod's is terrible.

You also need to add my name to the agent aliases file to get it to run.

Or stick around around for a bit, with all the new stuff that will come out after the devcd, I doubt people will find they've got to a point where theres nothing left to do :)

Heh, I almost missed the shameless plug there from coolsi :)  Yes, the devCD will bring a few new mods, but I wouldn't expect anything groundbreaking right away.  Maybe give people a few weeks, and we'll start seeing some good projects.  Maybe even an Uplink: The Mod sequel? :D

After you beat the game, what do you do afterwards?

or you can load a keystroke recorder and record your game from beginning to end, reload the game, play your macro and watch the computer play Uplink by itself.

...if only that was possible.

eat, drink, sleep, piss, fantasize, watch tv, play basketball, read comics, go for yoga, work with the bag, sing, dance, hog the phone, wash the dishes, take out the trash, see a movie, play some darts, go for beer, scare your roommate, take a shower, swim, drive, write music, draw sketches, throw a tantrum, kick your brother, call your mom, write an email, surf the net, write some code, finish your deadline, take a trip, go for a hike.......did i miss anything?
