Hey... The web page kinda has the same view as Uplink Central (Well the registering part and that **** is at least!!)

Also...Same as Uplink Central, how do u get ur password????

Just a hunch, but it looks like this is being created with GameMaker http://www.gamemaker.nl/.  The loading screen looks a lot like other loading screens I've seen made with that program.
If this is correct, then I have a proposal for you.  Make this a community project, and upload the .gmd file to the web, and make the program open source.
Or if you don't want to take that route, but i'm correct Game Maker is being used, let me know and I can help you with the development.

Ah, wow I'm good.  All I did was read the first post and look at the screenshots.
Game Maker can be a pretty good tool, but it would take a LOT of work to get a commercial quality game with it.
As I stated before, make it a community project.
