Bit of an update. I just found out that the IV team all live in different houses. I thought that they all lived together but it turns out I was wrong. Which means one problem for SimLink is solved, but another has been created. Anyway look for the first beta skins for Mark and Tom within the next day or so and the second beta skin for Chris.

I thought that i might bring it to your attention that the site seems to be down again and I read the whole list of replies.
I feel that you are having Net God problems, much like the trafic gods they like to hit people over and over again. This causes much unwanted frustration and I will be givig the Net gods an offering for you.
Good luck with the site,
StrayDog

It appears that I must surface to apologise... PB, it seems that every host I have suffers almost immediate fatal damage! First mos, then a private server, then madhouse... I'm almost afraid to ask for hosting now! So it seems to be my fault that the host went under... again. Damn those FBI people that track me everywhere...

The Sims:
Makes you think you have a life.
Little philosophy coming up....
a human has about 80 years at average to live (varies for males and females). In this time span, you have the right to do whatever you want.....
...but I met several kids at school (they were maybe 14) that went like this:
"OOh The Sims is so cool you can like build a kitchen and stuff!"
"When I play Sims at night I recreate my daily progress and, like, have them do everything that I did!"
"My Sims has married five times now! *happy smile*"
.......this, IMHO, is a simple statement of the degeneration of social life due to the creation of a virtual environment which is superior to the reality in several aspects.....
....which is, open said, pretty damn sad.

But The Sims are so cool!!! I can build stuff and make my sim do stuff.
Seriously though. I find The Sims a fun game and a good time killer. But I don't play it 12 hours a day. It's fun to be able to play god over a family and rule their lives. Am I going to keep them happy? Or am I going to kill them slowly? If I was just going to replay my real life then what would be the point?
Then we have people who play online RPG's and let them rule their lives. Let me give the uninformed several examples. Masters of Everquest are making money from selling objects in the game. New people to game are paying people thousands of dollars (yes real money) for objects in the game so they have an edge. How rediculous is that?
But I've heard worse. I've heard of deaths caused because a person coulding let go of the fantasy world. Some man down in Florida I think was sent to jail for 15 years for kill his infant son. He locked his kid in the closet because he was interupting him while he was playing everquest.
It's a strange world we live in.

I plan to get back to work on PSL sometime this weekend. Look out for beta house pics for MegaDeth and beta 3 pics of Icepick's house.
Something else I would like to touch on. Does ANYONE out there know of a good racing game that has old American Muscle cars in it? I know about Grand Touismo 2, but I'm looking for something for PS2 or PC. I've been searching all over and every game I've found either sucks or they don't make it anymore. Any help would be very appreciated.
