I would say NO! Chirs has worked hard on this game and I'm sure he isn't going to just let someone make a shitty copy of it.

First you would need the source code which I'm sure Chris will never ever give out. And why should he in the first place? Just because people want to make their own game does not mean he should hand out something he's spent years making. And finally, you are going about this the wrong way, try sending a nice e mail to chris and see what says if he says anything at all.

and i don't want to make a game gust make it look like a game U know

a game shod be cool and fun this game can do that if some of the fans help U know

and if your planning to mutate uplink, you would have to reverse engineer it, which is illegal, but if you asked chris for the source code , would he give it to you?

your a complete stranger to everyone here, he wouldnt give the source code to icepick, for all we know you code post it on the forum , i really doubt you'll get far
