Your best option then is to install some logging hardware.

While the labtop couldn't be hacked all in one go, the encryption scheme/keys could be logged.

(Stuff's bloody expensive tho, I haven't got the cash to buy equipment that would fit in a lt).

Perhaps your labtop doesn't shield it's emmitions?
That would still be expensive to log, but it there is no chance any equipment would be lost.

You can get hardware to log the keystrokes for about 50 squid, a bit steep but as long as no-one finds it you can use it indefinitely. Libraries for instance would be a good place to get admin access. Install what you want, they get pros in not these lame school admin types.

Or you could hijack the wire as it makes it's way to the computer, you have to log on and start up a word document and sit back and watch the words come up. OBVIOUSLY you leave a cable running to the pc. I'm gonna try that. Much cheaper than that expensive way to do it.
