lol, yea how would u do that.Hardware is like a hardrive, and ram.Physical stuff.Software is the games and such, and you can download those

I refuse to believe you've failed to notice the "upgrade" buttons in Uplink Software Services, so presumably you doesn't mean upgrading the built in stuff.

I'm going to assume, therefore, that you'd like to download game mods that add new hardware.  Well, the actual hardware for the gateways seems to be unmoddable at the moment, but Modlink has a fairly spiffy collection of new gateways and stuff for the game.  Just don't be surpised to discover that adding new gateways requires fairly major file surgery on Uplink.

yeah, if you look in the components part of the graphics.dat, there's things like fans and stuff. i think he want to know if they can be used, i sure do;)
