Hi, everyone, hope no-one minds me wandering rather off-topic for a moment, but...

Icepick & Raven, sorry to point this out but the links in your .sigs and the one on Raven's www. tag don't actually appear to link through to THS. Thought it best to warn you (And to ask for the URL, as I've lost it again, and can't even remember where I found it last time...

Thanks, people,

Overwatch
I'll have one of those, one of those, and Ooohh!! Two of those!!

Well, isn't he the impacient one... Lets see... Lets put it in the same context shall we... You should be here NOW to reply to this, Player. Oh, sorry, are you sleeping? Well, so was I... *shrug*

And, Icepick's view does also count since it is some of his work that you stole to put on your site and claim your own. That lame excuse for the copyright just sucks, and due to everything you have said and done I am asking you to take any THS related content off of your site as soon as you get on and read this.

I don't care if you can't do your own stuff, you stole THS' stuff without even a word about it before hand, and that does not make it right.

Actually, that makes it illegal. International intellectual property rights, and all that.

Lemme spell this out for you, nice and simple, Player.

If you read Raven's above post and do not remove her content from your site, she CAN sue you. Really.

Is that so hard to understand?

On a side note... I wonder if Player relises that he also broke Introversion's copyright by claiming that all the information belongs to a different 'company'?

Weel... He is reproducing the demo. That's copyrighted material, is it not? And nowhere there does he mention Introversion. I'm not a copyright lawyer, but I think that's a violation.

I wouldnt be surprised if everything on his site violates some kind of copyright law.
Hey Player, if you've not caught on yet, we want you to take our stuff off your site.

Depressing. I register and I find this.

Player, it is people like you who discourage folks from writing FAQs and walkthroughs. I'm a big fan of the GameFAQs site, and a major contributor there was a guy named Kao Megura.

Kao has STOPPED writing FAQs because people would steal them and claim ownership. He provided basically free help through GameFAQs and other game-hint sites, and people abused it. Ironically, Kao's FAQ for Final Fantasy 7 was better than anything put out by BradyGames or Prima by a long shot (huge as hell, though)...

Anyways. You are in violation of intellectual property theft. It would be in your best interest to remove the offending material, before legal action is taken. You've admitted to 'borrowing' material right here on the board, in fact. Now, grow up, be a man, and remove the plagiarized info.

Man, I log into the craziest things on the Net...

Yes, I know your pain Icepick.
*sighs deeply*
The guy it a total and utter gimp. And I am quite fed up of people just stealing other people's work - as though the time that said other people put into said work does not count. I won't even go counting and working out all the hours and countless days that have been spent working on the THS site.

I am also guessing that he never got premission from all the authors of those download files if he could use them or not. It might not be needed in all cases, although it would be damned nice if people were to take those who work on these things into considderation and have a little respect and honor for the work.
