i am trying to figure out everyhing there is to do with my msdos prompt all i have learned so far is how to make a .bat file that never ends, well untill you run out of memory. but i would like to learn how to do other stuff in dos as well so if anyone could be nice enough to list some of the dos commands here i would be thankful.

icepick, if you are reading this i know i said some really stupid shit to you and, i am sorry, i was just pissed at the game because i couldn't figure the problem out myself. and came and bitched at the first person i saw on the forum.

At the prompt try typing "help" without quotes.
That should be enough to get you started.

on my pc i treid help but it didn't help at all it was kinda redundent because it didn't do anything at all

hrmm... don't tell me you're on a win-nyn-ex system. If yes, check out microsoft site and browse through their knowledge base for information on DOS commands.

Amazing... your skills are superb... actually no... I had a plate lunch... Kalbi (know what that is? It's like bbq short ribs if curious) and rice. Although that Pastrami Reuben sounds good... mayhap on the morrow I shall find a deli... *shrug*
