hello,
well i recently played Uplink the demo and i have to say that it is an amazing game!! .. and very interesting. the makers of the game should be very well aknowledged for their progress. so far i and we (the players) can come up with the many future ideas that could be added to the game, which is a good thing because this way we the players can support this game. I just hope that the makers dont give up and keep up with their progress, i hope thats not to much to say.
As always im one who does'nt do financial transactions through the internet and thus dont know how i will come upon purchasing the game, i think this is normal among us. I am living in italy but i dont know if they have the game here.
well any other solutions will be appreciated!

Just click the buy the game button on the main site... you can use a bank transfer or cheque or something to get the game...
And yeah, it's an amazing game...

im worried if i send money through a telegram or the sort it might not get through and it would be a waste.. maybe if someone in italy knows a place where i can acquire the game

say do they have venues in france where i can buy the game? or the game is only available in the UK?

1: The game can only be brought through order.
2: You can use credit card (totally safe in this case)
3: You can use money order or bank transfer
4: The game is not in the shops at all. Only online.

So, to get a legal copy of the game (I am not even going to get into the illegal arguments agian) you need to buy it through Introversion with any of the above mentioned methods. Credit card orders are not a problem. Trust me. Unless you have a virus on your machine then it is totally safe. And if you have a virus on your machine then it is user error and not error on behalf of the ordering company or Introversion themselves - so I would surgest getting a virus checking and running that over your machine if you are worried.

Basicly, if you want the game then you are going to have to trust modern technology *shrug*

one more thing, assuming i do a bank transaction, is it wise to open a seperate bank account just to make sure?
and after i have the cd everything is free after that?...am i previleged to free upgrades and the sort?

well you can d/l the upgrades already but they wont work with the demo of the game!

... But neh, why take the effort? Oh, about the update thingy... There's gonna be a bonus-cd (so i heard) and you'll probaly get that for free, but i don't think that further updates will be for free...
