As for what's good and what's bad...
Missions that involve data theft or destruction tend to be considered 'good'. Missions that involve screwing people over (tracing them, framing them, that sort of thing) get labelled 'bad'. Right now, there's a bit of an imbalance in that the more interesting, high-end missions are practically all on the Morally Bankrupt side of things, so it's a lot easier to swing that way.
