I think that the warez versions get sent with the serials/codes of the game. So if he really have the warez version, he is to dumb to look for it.

hahaha ya know whats funny...someone actually gave me a cd key already....i got disevvoved like 3 time for hackin my files and lol IM STILL PLAYED KUZ I HAVE A CD KEY.......and for n e 1 who asked if i should take it up with my mom.....if my mom foudn out shed be so pissed so id rather like to keep my life....

Yo, I'm curious - where'd you get your warez copy of Uplink? I'm serious. I mean, I know the Underground pretty well, and I've never encountered a copy of Uplink that came without the codes. I see all these losers ask for the keycodes, and I'm just dying of curiousity...

Hello all. Warez files smell like german danishes six weeks after world war III. He doesn't reek of this odor, so I speak. Warez people USUALLY hack the install.log files (or zip files) and remove CD Key verification all together. That's right, children. No Cd Key. Don't dubt the child. And chad, you could claim to be a frost giant, but they don't exist. Forigen nationals at sea DO, however, and so my pen pal can't get UpLink. Sucks for him, don't it?

as i am curious and have a SMALL question.  I currently do have a warez copy (my order is in the mail but im impatient).  i hear alot fo talk about the cd-key and then of the key-card.  the warez versions iv seen some with a nice key card table, but never say anything of a cd-key.  whenever u make a new agent it asks for a key from the table *shrugs* just curious if the cd-key thing is actually the key-card or if its seperate.
