Have you heard of the red User Interface MOD for Uplink yet?
Well it can be downloaded from:
http://www.zaptan.com/uplink
So neway just download that and fo into the /Graphics/Photos/ directory and open the file:
image0.tif
That is the one you would put U're photo in ok? Good.

An easier way to do it would be to extract the image0.tff from the .dat file with winzip, put it in the uplink\graphics\photos directory, and ensure its dimensions are 128 x 160. It's what I did, and seems to work fine, leaving the .dat intact - the only problem is that everyone who was missing an image before has your face.
